Refund Policy for Cosy Creations India

At Cosy Creations India, we are committed to providing high-quality bespoke carpets and rugs, crafted with care and craftsmanship. Due to the customised nature of our products, our refund and exchange policies are designed to balance customer satisfaction with the unique aspects of bespoke manufacturing, in compliance with applicable laws in India and the UK.

 

1. General Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Standard Products: For ready-made or non-custom items, refunds or exchanges are accepted within 28 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Bespoke Products: Due to the customised and handmade nature of our products, we do not generally accept refunds or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and production has begun, unless there is a defect or non-compliance with specifications.

 

2. Bespoke Product Policy

  • Design and Customisation: Once you approve the final design and details, the product enters production. Changes or cancellations are not accepted after this point.

  • Order Changes: Modifications or cancellations are only possible before manufacturing commences.

  • Defect or Non-Compliance: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as per the agreed specifications, please contact us within 1 day of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with legal obligations.

 

3. Condition for Refunds or Replacements

  • Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging and receipts must be provided.

  • Damage or defect claims must be reported within 1 day of receipt.

 

4. Process for Refunds and Replacements

  • Contact us at info@cosycreationsindia.com with your order number and details.

  • Provide photographic evidence if claiming damage or defect.

  • We will review your request and, if approved, will advise on the next steps, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within [7-14] days of approval.

 

5. Shipping and Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or not as per agreed specifications.

  • We will bear the cost of return or replacement shipping if the product is confirmed to be faulty or not compliant with the order specifications.

 

6. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with consumer protection laws in India (Consumer Protection Act, 2019) and the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
